Elizabeth Johnston has wide experience in the funds and superannuation area.  Prior to joining DLA Phillips Fox she worked for other New Zealand law and accounting firms and also for a leading offshore law firm in the funds area. 

Elizabeth has special experience overseas in the establishment, on-going compliance and termination of hedge funds and private equity funds.  Since her return to New Zealand she has specialised in providing structural advice and on-going assistance to clients in connection with disclosure, compliance and governance requirements for KiwiSaver schemes, superannuation funds and other collective investment vehicles.
